Originally proposed in 2011, the 50-unit condominium complex at Mission Trails has finally been cleared for development by the Santee City Council. With construction expected to begin in the third quarter of the year, the project is expected to provide affordable homes close to San Diego.

With Lake Murray only six miles away, shore fishing and private boating is available seven days a week. Visitors to the lake can also use float tubes and waders to drift on the waters. Three miles in the opposite direction, is the Santee Lakes Regional Park, where recreational activities like hiking and fishing can be enjoyed too.
Proximity to the City
Being close to Route 125, 52 and under ten miles from downtown San Diego, the new condo remains easily accessible to major towns. For shopping closer to home, the Santee Trolley Town Square Center includes retail outlets, restaurants and eateries.
