When working with clients, the answer to that question is often different.
Some buyers aren't sure what size home will be perfect for them. So it's important to discuss their lifestyle and their needs. And from there you can get into the size of the home and what will matter most.
HGTV has their mega-hit show House Hunters and The Quance Group has been featured on episodes a couple times, but now there is a little twist to the show.
The Quance Group on Tiny House Hunters
This time we're looking at tiny houses for a client. It's a little twist that HGTV has added to the series and it's really unique, challenging and fun all at the same time. Here is the link to the episode, which airs this coming weekend on Saturday and Sunday. So be sure to check it out!
Starting Fresh By Going Small In San Diego
This was certainly an interesting situation with a client. Certainly there are many situations when buyers are looking to downsize. When the kids leave the home and empty nesters are left with their large home they often look to downsize. And sometimes we may even get over ambitious with buying a home and downsizing can be a way to make life simpler and easier to manage.
But this client wanted to go really small. it was a challenge to make sure that he was going to be happy with all the things he wanted while maybe adding some more modern elements that would make life enjoyable for himself all while sticking well within his budget so there wouldn't be any added stress on his life.
It's always an interesting challenge with each client. You have to listen to exactly what they're looking for, but also read between the lines on what they're saying so that, together, we can find the perfect home that will make them happy in the long run.
