HGTV's House Hunters series always seems to be entertaining. The hook of the show is having home buyers choose from three options. Each option usually has something different to offer the buyer and in the end they pick the one that fits them the best or that is absolutely perfect.

And as a viewer it's fun to go along for the ride to see if you can figure out what the buyer really wants and then see if you can guess the one they'll go with. That's challenging because sometimes you'll guess the one that maybe you want and the buyer will end up picking something they want.

That's one of the fun challenges with real estate is you really have to pick up on the subtle hints from buyers and you have to look at options through their eyes when finding homes.

Anyway, here is an episode of House Hunters with a little twist...

As you can see, Quance Group and Kimo had the challenge of picking his own house while also being the agent. And with couples there's always the challenge of finding a home that perfectly fits with what each person would like, but there always seems to be a great solution.

And that's what was found in the house that was picked. It's important to see home options for what they are, but also for what they will be when you move in and that was a key for this home. Furniture can be chosen that fits with your style and you can add your own touches to make it feel like your home.

And you can often make bigger changes like adding a pool and doing landscaping. A home is often never completely finished. You can always  make changes - both big and small - and over time you create memories that make the home your own.
